We’re all Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, right? Here are some magically delicious green recipes and potato recipes to help celebrate.
The saying goes…
“If you’re lucky enough to be Irish,
you’re lucky enough.”
I’m German and Italian, but on St. Patrick’s Day, we’re ALL Irish, aren’t we?
And we need some green food, but we don’t necessarily need artificially colored food. And we need potatoes, because…spuds/Irish/ natural pair.
Here are some suggestions for keeping it green, or at least Irish

I don’t have any Irish blood, buy my husband does, so that’s close enough — I love all of these!

Well, I’m lucky enough to be Scottish. LOL Not Irish…but both are pretty intriguing IMHO. 😉 Love your roundup of recipes and that Wasabi dip for the shrimp sounds amazing!

Great roundup — I love those green potatoes! I might have to give those a try this year instead of our usual steamed ones with corned beef!
