Happy Valentine’s Day!
Hug your schweetie (or your schweeties if you have kids), and instead of candy, how about digging into a lovely cherimoya fruit?
It is heart-shaped, tastes like ice cream (especially if you chill it when ripe), and is all kinds of good.
It’s in high season right now, and I highly recommend!
Here’s more info, so you know what to look for.

Welcome to my kitchen, where the oven is always on, and the fridge is packed with delectables!

Thank you for your recommendation. Having sweet tasting fruit as opposed to candy is a healthy Valentine’s treat.
So cool! I’ve never had cherimoya but I’ll certainly seek it out now.

I first had a cherimoya in Spain — they’re so delicious! Happy Valentine’s Day!
