Recipe: Grilled Bok Choy
Summary: Grilling tames bok choy’s crunch and concentrates its natural sweetness, for a perfect grilled vegetable.
- 1 head full-size bok choy
- Heat your barbecue grill to medium heat. Grill bok choy halves about 5 minutes each side (a little more if they still seem too crunchy to you).
- Remove and serve!
- Serves 4.
- You may drizzle with oil if you like before you grill, but it isn’t necessary.
- You may also drizzle with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce or some other seasoning sauce after grilling, but it isn’t necessary. The pure, naturally sweet flavor of the bok choy will shine through if you allow it to be naked!
