Recipe: Snickers Cookies [1]
Summary: A rich, peanut buttery cookie recipe is a great way to use up all those fun size Snickers Bars left over from Halloween!
Ingredients
[2]1/2 cup sugar- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) {I used unsalted butter}
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10-12 fun-size Snickers candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375F degrees.
- Combine first 6 ingredients (sugar through vanilla) and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix. Stir in Snickers pieces.
- Drop by large teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Keep 2 inches apart so the dough can spread.
- Bake for 10-11 min.
- Makes about 3 dozen. {I made about 50 cookies.}
