Healthy Blackberry Shake (Better than Jack in the Box)

Recipe: Healthy Blackberry Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 a super ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt (Oikos brand, vanilla flavor preferred)
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A drop or 2 of almond extract
  • 1/2 cup water (approximate)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender container, and whirl for a minute or more, until it is the consistency you like. Add more water if needed; do not strain the motor!
  2. If you have a Vitamix blender, it will do a great job on this, but a regular blender works just fine, too.
