You must take a moment out of your busy day (c’mon, you’re sick of Pinterest anyway, aren’t you?) and read these couple of posts.

If you don’t guffaw at the comments on these articles, your humor gene needs a tune-up.

Prepare to snort and laugh so hard you might need to consider those incontinence undies for adults as you skim from one funny comment to the next. Clever, witty, a total send-up of all cooking blogs, this is a welcome skewering of all the pretentious clap-trap about food out there on the Interwebs.

Seriously, read the comments; read all of them.

Who knew there were so many comedians hiding inside food blog readers?  😉

Gut busting funny. Thank you for starting my day with laughter. What I love best is the defense of the recipe with the lead comment entitled “For all you snarky reviewers…” Thank you thank you thank.

Hysterically clever comments on the above sites which made me try to find a few more clever, clever recipes. “how to butter bread” showed up as well as “how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich”. Clever, funny people out there. Thanks Dorothy for today’s chuckle!

I love the ice cube one! It MUST be that my husband and son don’t know how to do it that explains the lack of ice cubes in the tray

Connie,
Yeah, THAT’S the reason. They just can’t figure it out!

My suite-mate in college asked me how to boil water. Since then, nothing surprises me.
